I know its been done a million times before but with good reason. The creme brûlée is a classic that will never go out of style. You here me?! Never!!!
I was originally going to call these “Double Fudge Cookies” since I already have a brownie cookie recipe in my repertoire. Everyone that had the pleasure of being a tester or stole a cookie said, “It’s like a brownie!” So they are the Fudge Brownie Cookie. Appropriate.
I never used to be a fan of Lemon Curd as a child. Which is weird considering I was an obese ate everything-that-got-in-my-way kid. I used to have this fear as a kid that I would get too fat to ride my bike to 7-11 to buy candy bars. Thank God that didn’t happen. By the time I got too fat to ride my bike I was driving. God works in mysterious ways let me tell ya.
Do you still have some rice pudding left or did you overload on the Rice Pudding Burritos? I hinted that you should have kept 2 cups worth of White Chocolate Rice Pudding for another recipe but you may have gotten carried away and devoured the whole pot. It’s understandable. I have no control either.
I don’t ever recall my Mom making rice pudding as a kid. I do remember she used to buy a rice pudding that was to die for.
Damn I love custards!! Desserts are always a must have. Even when you’ve eaten so much that you feel like you are going to puke but the waiter asks if you want dessert. You look at your dining company and you all shrug your shoulders and say “We’ll look at the menu”.
The month of September happens to be National Honey Month and I am quite the lover of honey. Granted the months almost over and now I produce a honey recipe which reminds me of my other love. Procrastination.
