Generally I don’t think or work in a gluten free mindset. Not my forte. However, when I was asked by my dear friend to work on gluten free waffles. Impossible to say no.
I had some challah leftover from the challah and cherry panini, I posted this about two weeks ago and hopefully you checked it out and even more so, you actually made one for yourself. It’s certainly not difficult and completely worth your time and energy. After making the challah and cherry panini I had plenty bread, cherries and goat cheese leftover. I’m sure you’ve heard me go on and on about waste and bad management. I think it’s a crime to just throw away food and be wasteful or just lazy.
