Remember my friend Leila? Well, she’s out done herself yet again. Really building a case to not like her huh? But it’s impossible because she’s awesome.
When I made this buttercream I asked my assistant, “If you had to gave an award for ‘Best Buttercream’ would mine win?”. He said, “Oh yeah!”.
I love a well crafted cocktail. Just as well thought out and developed as any delicious recipe. I’m going to go as far as saying the new trend is that cocktails will take over the dessert menu.
This bread came from a goof. Not really a goof but more of a, I bought the wrong product, didn’t know what to do with it, refuse to throw it away, read the ingredients and said, “I could make this like a nice almond bread.”
Generally I don’t think or work in a gluten free mindset. Not my forte. However, when I was asked by my dear friend to work on gluten free waffles. Impossible to say no.
